Claire Gugliemi

With experience in international and corporate law, Claire joined Tribeca in 2011.
Claire is an experienced international attorney educated both in France and the United States. She has concentrated her law practice in the areas of business transactions, international law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She has worked for U.S. law firms focusing on transactional business matters on behalf of European, American and Latin-American clients. Claire has served as trustee on several boards and has been an adjunct law professor in France and the United States.
Mrs. Gugliemi earned her Juris Doctor degree (JD) from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II); she also graduated from the Doctorat de Droit des Affaires program from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I), and obtained her Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the Louisiana State University Law Center.
